How the service actually runs

Updated September 2026

Do the machines take cards and mobile pay?
Yes. Every machine we place takes credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay alongside cash. Cashless is now most of vending volume, and without it you lose the sale from everyone who walked up without change in their pocket.
How fast do you respond when a machine goes down?
Same or next business day for most faults, and often sooner because machines are monitored remotely and we frequently know about a problem before anyone at your site reports it. Refunds are handled by us, so your office manager never becomes our complaints desk.
Is there a contract, and can we cancel?
There is a short placement agreement covering the location and the service terms, and you can end it with notice at no cost. There are no termination fees. We keep locations by performing, not by making it difficult to leave.
What is a micro market and do we need one instead of a machine?
A micro market is an unattended self-serve shop: open shelving and coolers with a self-checkout kiosk, instead of a glass front and a coil. It suits sites with roughly 100 or more people because it carries far more variety, including fresh food. Below that a machine usually serves better.
Can you put machines at more than one of our locations?
Yes, and multi-site is straightforward because our routes already run across the Inland Empire. Each location gets its own product mix based on what sells there, rather than one planogram copied across every building you operate.
